This Privacy Policy explains how Ninhle AI Sales Assistant (the “Product”), sold by Lê Văn Ninh (Ninh Le, Smartbuy) through ninhle.com and the WarriorPlus platform (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information. It applies to our sales pages, checkout, product delivery and customer support.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase information: when you buy through WarriorPlus, we receive your name, email address, country, the product purchased and the transaction ID. Payments are processed by WarriorPlus and the payment provider (e.g. PayPal). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Support information: anything you send us by email or support form, such as your website URL or screenshots, so we can help you.
- Website usage: our website may use cookies and basic analytics (pages visited, device, browser, approximate location) to keep the site working and improve it.
2. Data inside your store
The plugin runs on your own WordPress/WooCommerce website. Chat conversations, leads and order data it handles are stored in your website’s database, which you control. Messages are sent to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini) using your own API key, under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for informing your own shoppers about how their data is processed on your store.
3. How we use your information
- Deliver the Product, license and updates you purchased.
- Provide customer support and process refund requests.
- Send important product emails (access, updates, security notices).
- Send occasional product news or offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services needed to run the business (WarriorPlus, payment providers, email and hosting services), with affiliates only to the extent WarriorPlus reports a referred sale to them, or when required by law.
5. Data retention and security
We keep purchase records as long as needed to provide updates, support and to meet legal requirements, and protect them with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by emailing us. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have the rights given by GDPR/UK GDPR or CCPA, and we will respond within the required time.
7. Refunds
All purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
8. Children
The Product is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with its update date.
